Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

ounces cream cheese, softened

1
tablespoon lemon juice

1/4
teaspoon prepared horseradish

4
small (about 5 inches) lavash* flat breads

4
ounces sliced smoked salmon

1/2
red onion, thinly sliced

2
tablespoons capers, drained



Preparation:
1.
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl. Spread carefully over lavash. Top with salmon, onion and capers.
