| 4 | ounces cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon prepared horseradish |
| 4 | small (about 5 inches) lavash* flat breads |
| 4 | ounces sliced smoked salmon |
| 1/2 | red onion, thinly sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons capers, drained |
PREPARATION:
- Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and horseradish in small bowl. Spread carefully over lavash. Top with salmon, onion and capers.
