Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

5 cups cooked rotini pasta
2 cups (8 ounces) cubed American cheese
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1 cup (4 ounces) cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles, drained
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
5 green onions, sliced

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes and onions in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on HIGH 2 hours, stirring twice.
  2. Stir in tomatoes and green onions; continue cooking until hot.
