Ingredients

Combo of spicy commercial rubs
Brown sugar
Ground coriander
Apple Juice
Salt
Sugar
Pineapple
Worchester Sauce
Sweet peppery sauce tiger
Honey
Butter
Pork drippings
Apple juice

Preparation

  1. Inject pork butt, leave for 2 hours.
  2. Apply rub & place directly on grill.
  3. Cook until 165 degrees, then wrap.
  4. Pull from grill when internal temp is 190.
