Spice Paste
INGREDIENTS
| 6 | cloves garlic, peeled |
| 1 | teaspoon coarse salt |
| 2 | teaspoons sweet paprika |
| 1‑1/2 | teaspoons cumin seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon cracked black pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground allspice |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
PREPARATION:
- Process garlic and salt in blender or small food processor until garlic is finely chopped. Add remaining seasonings. Process 15 seconds. While blender is running, pour oil through cover opening; process until mixture forms paste.
