Spiced Sesame Wonton Crisps
Makes 8 servings
|20||(3-inch) wonton wrappers, cut in half|
|2||teaspoons olive oil|
|1/2||teaspoon ground cumin or chili powder|
|1/4||teaspoon dry mustard|
|1||tablespoon sesame seeds|
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat 2 large nonstick baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cut each halved wonton wrapper into 2 strips; place in single layer on prepared baking sheets.
- Combine water, oil, paprika, cumin and mustard in small bowl; mix well. Brush oil mixture evenly onto wonton strips; sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack; cool completely. Transfer to serving plate.
