Ingredients:
1/4
cup minced onion

1/4
cup soy sauce

tablespoons fresh lime juice

2
cloves garlic, minced

1/2
teaspoon red pepper flakes

center cut well-trimmed pork loin or rib chops, cut 3/4 inch thick



 
Preparation:
1.
Combine onion, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic and crushed red pepper in large plastic bag; add chops. Close bag securely; turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning once.

2.
Drain chops; reserve marinade. Brush with some of the reserved marinade. Grill or broil chops 5 to 6 inches from heat 7 minutes. Turn chops over; brush with marinade, discarding remaining marinade. Grill or broil 8 to 13 minutes until no longer pink in center.
