Spicy Sausage Popover Pizza

INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | pound turkey breakfast sausage patties |
| 1/2 | pound 93% lean ground turkey |
| 1/3 | cup chopped onion |
| 1 | clove garlic, minced |
| 3/4 | cup chopped red bell pepper |
| 1‑1/2 | cups all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon red pepper flakes |
| 1 | cup fat-free (skim) milk |
| 3/4 | cup cholesterol-free egg substitute |
| 1 | cup (4 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 | cup (2 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
| 1/2 | cup prepared pizza sauce |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Generously spray 13X9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Crumble turkey sausage patties in large skillet. Add ground turkey, onion and garlic to skillet. Cook over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink. Drain fat. Stir in bell pepper. Set aside.
- Combine flour, salt and red pepper flakes in medium bowl. Combine milk and egg substitute in another medium bowl; whisk into flour mixture until smooth. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle sausage mixture over top. Sprinkle with Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Bake, uncovered, 21 to 23 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cut into 8 rectangles before serving.
- Meanwhile, microwave pizza sauce at HIGH 1 minute. Top each rectangle with 1 tablespoon pizza sauce.
