Spicy Sweet & Sour Cocktail Franks

Yield: Makes about 4 dozen cocktail franks
Ingredients:
2
packages (8 ounces each) cocktail franks
1/2
cup ketchup or chili sauce
1/2
cup apricot preserves
1
teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Additional hot pepper sauce (optional)
Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients in 1-1/2-quart slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 2 to 3 hours.
2.
Serve warm or at room temperature with cocktail picks and additional hot pepper sauce, if desired.
