INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups fresh raspberries* |
| 1 | container (8 ounces) lemon sugar-free fat-free yogurt |
| 1 | cup thawed frozen fat-free whipped topping |
| 3 | tablespoons sugar |
PREPARATION:
- Arrange berries in 4 glass dessert dishes.
- Combine yogurt and whipped topping in medium bowl. (If not using immediately, cover and refrigerate.) Top berries with yogurt mixture.
- To prepare spun sugar, pour sugar into heavy medium saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until sugar melts, shaking pan occasionally. Do not stir. As sugar begins to melt, reduce heat to low and cook about 10 minutes or until sugar is completely melted and has turned light golden brown.
- Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute. Coat metal fork with sugar mixture. Drizzle sugar over berries with circular or back and forth motion. Ropes of spun sugar will harden quickly. Garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
