Strawberries with Ginger Sour Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups sliced strawberries |
| 1 | tablespoon brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon sucralose-based sugar substitute |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground ginger |
| 1 | cup sour cream or sour half-and-half |
| 1 | tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger |
PREPARATION:
- Place 1/2 cup strawberries in each of 4 bowls.
- Stir brown sugar, sugar substitute, ginger, and sour cream together in a bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup ginger-sour cream sauce over each serving of strawberries. Add a sprinkling of crystallized ginger to each serving.
