Strawberries with Ginger Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

cups sliced strawberries

1
tablespoon brown sugar

1
tablespoon sucralose-based sugar substitute

1/4
teaspoon ground ginger

1
cup sour cream or sour half-and-half

1
tablespoon finely chopped crystallized ginger



 
Preparation:
1.
Place 1/2 cup strawberries in each of 4 bowls.

2.
Stir brown sugar, sugar substitute, ginger, and sour cream together in a bowl. Spoon 1/4 cup ginger-sour cream sauce over each serving of strawberries. Add a sprinkling of crystallized ginger to each serving.
