Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1
box (4-serving size) sugar-free strawberry gelatin

1/2
cup boiling water

6
ounces fat-free strawberry yogurt

3
cups ice cubes

Preparation:
1.
Pour gelatin mix and boiling water into blender; cover, and blend until gelatin dissolves. Add yogurt; cover and blend until mixed. Add ice cubes, 1 cup at a time, covering and blending until smooth after each addition. (After the third cup of ice is added, ice may need to be pushed to the bottom of the blender with a long-handled spoon before blending.)

2.
Serve immediately or chill 1 hour. When chilled, the texture changes to a thicker, soft-gel texture.

Tip: Your young child may help by measuring the ice cubes.
