INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup chopped strawberries
1/3 cup chopped blueberries
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped carrot
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper*
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
