Strawberry Blueberry Salsa
Makes 4 servings
|3/4||cup chopped strawberries|
|1/3||cup chopped blueberries|
|2||tablespoons chopped green bell pepper|
|2||tablespoons chopped carrot|
|1||tablespoon chopped onion|
|2||teaspoons cider vinegar|
|1||teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper*|
|1/8||teaspoon ground ginger|
*Jalapeño peppers can sting and irritate the skin, so wear rubber gloves when handling peppers and do not touch your eyes.
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
