Strawberry Blueberry Salsa

INGREDIENTS
| 3/4 | cup chopped strawberries |
| 1/3 | cup chopped blueberries |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped green bell pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped carrot |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped onion |
| 2 | teaspoons cider vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon minced jalapeño pepper* |
| 1/8 | teaspoon ground ginger |
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Let stand 20 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or fish.
