|3||cups hulled, sliced fresh strawberries|
|2||tablespoons balsamic vinegar|
|Dash salt and ground red pepper|
- Combine all ingredients in medium glass bowl, stirring well. Place in 4 individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour and no more than 2 hours.
