INGREDIENTS

3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half
3 packets sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
4 frozen waffles
1‑1/3 cup sliced fresh strawberries

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine cream cheese, half-and-half, sugar substitute and vanilla in blender; blend until smooth.
  2. Toast waffles. Spoon sauce over waffles; top with strawberries.
