black, white, cayenne pepper
chili powder
garlic powder
squeeze margarine
raspberry flavor


  1. Trim to St. Louis cut, remove membrane, apply rub to both sides.
  2. Cook at 250-275 degrees for 4 hours. Spritz hourly with raspberry spirits.
  3. Midway through cooking, wrap ribs in sugar, butter, raspberry mix.
  4. Unwrap, add sauce, return to rack for 1/2 hour.
