Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:

pounds lean ground beef

cup chopped onion

cloves garlic, minced

cups ketchup

cup chopped red bell pepper

1/4
cup plus 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4
cup packed brown sugar

tablespoons prepared mustard

tablespoons vinegar

teaspoons chili powder

Toasted hamburger buns



Preparation:
1.
Cook and stir ground beef, onion and garlic in large nonstick skillet 6 to 8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring to separate beef. Drain fat.

Combine ketchup, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and chili powder in slow cooker. Stir in beef mixture.

3.
Cover; cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. Spoon mixture onto hamburger buns.
