Sweet Holidays Pizza

Ingredients:
Sweet Crumb Crust (recipe)

pints (3 cups) vanilla or other desired flavor nonfat frozen yogurt, slightly softened

1-1/2
pints (3 cups) chocolate or other desired flavor nonfat frozen yogurt, slightly softened

cup canned or fresh pineapple chunks

whole fresh strawberries, cut in half

cup thawed frozen peach slices or 1 medium peach, peeled and sliced

kiwi, peeled and sliced

pecan halves (optional)

1/4
cup nonfat chocolate syrup, heated nonfat hot fudge sauce or favorite fruit-flavored ice cream topping



 
Preparation:

Prepare Sweet Crumb Crust.

Spread yogurts onto crust to within 1/2 inch of edge. Cover with plastic wrap; freeze until firm, 6 hours or overnight.

Arrange fruits and nuts decoratively on top of pizza just before serving. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Cut into wedges to serve.


Sweet Valentine Pizza Omit chocolate syrup. Prepare crust as directed. Substitute 1–1/2 quarts (6 cups) strawberry nonfat frozen yogurt for the chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurts, and 1/2 to 3/4 cup halved fresh strawberries for assorted fresh fruits. Drizzle with nonfat chocolate syrup or strawberry ice cream topping.
Spumoni Pizza Omit fruits. Reduce chocolate and vanilla frozen yogurts to 2 cups each. Add 2 cups slightly softened strawberry frozen nonfat yogurt. Substitute 3 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds for pecan halves. Prepare crust as directed. Spread yogurts onto crust; freeze until firm. Top with 1/2 cup each halved red and green maraschino cherries; sprinkle with almonds. Drizzle with nonfat chocolate syrup or strawberry ice cream topping.
Rocky Road Pizza Omit vanilla frozen yogurt and fruits. Increase chocolate frozen yogurt to 1–1/2 quarts (6 cups). Substitute 3 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts for pecan halves. Prepare crust as directed. Spread yogurt onto crust as directed; cover and freeze until firm. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows. Drizzle with nonfat chocolate syrup.
