YIELD Makes 3 dozen cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 cup finely chopped honey-roasted peanuts, divided
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons honey
1 egg white, lightly beaten

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.
  2. Combine dough, 3/4 cup peanuts, flour and honey in large bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended.
  3. For each cookie, shape about 1 tablespoon dough into 4-inch-long rope. Press ends together to make ring; place on prepared cookie sheets. Brush with egg white; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup peanuts.
  4. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
