INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 1/4 | cup packed dark brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 1/8 | teaspoon salt |
| 2 | tablespoons butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours. Add butter and vanilla; gently stir to blend.
