Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces

1/4
cup packed dark brown sugar

1
teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8
teaspoon salt

2
tablespoons butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces

1
teaspoon vanilla



Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients except butter and vanilla in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours. Add butter and vanilla; gently stir to blend.
