Sweetened Whipped Cream

Yield

Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

  1. Chill large bowl, beaters and cream before whipping. Place cream, sugar and vanilla into chilled bowl and beat with electric mixer at high speed until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
