Swimming Tuna Dip

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons dry ranch-style salad dressing mix |
| 1 | can (3 ounces) chunk white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked |
| 2 | tablespoons sliced green onion or chopped celery |
| 1 | teaspoon dried parsley flakes |
| 1 | package (12 ounces) peeled baby carrots |
PREPARATION:
- Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salad dressing mix in food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Combine tuna, green onion and parsley in small bowl. Stir in cottage cheese mixture. Serve with carrots.
