Swiss Canadian Bacon & Eggs

INGREDIENTS
| 8 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/3 | cup finely chopped green onions, divided |
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 4 | slices Canadian bacon, cut in half |
| 1 | cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat broiler.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons green onions; stir remaining green onions into egg mixture.
- Spray 12-inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat until hot. Add egg mixture. Cover and cook 14 minutes or until almost set.
- Arrange bacon in pinwheel on top of egg mixture. Sprinkle with cheese; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Top with reserved 2 tablespoons green onions. Cut into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
