Tasty Butters
INGREDIENTS
| Hot & Spicy Butter | |
| 1/3 | cup butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped onion |
| 2 | to 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce |
| 1 | teaspoon dried thyme leaves |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground allspice |
| Scallion Butter | |
| 1/3 | cup butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon finely chopped green onion tops |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice |
| 1 | teaspoon grated lemon peel |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| Chili-Mustard Butter | |
| 1/3 | cup butter or margarine, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon chopped onion |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon chili powder |
PREPARATION:
- For each butter sauce, combine ingredients in small bowl.
