tablespoon lemon juice

teaspoon grated lemon peel

teaspoon black pepper

cup butter or margarine, melted

tablespoon chopped onion

tablespoon Dijon mustard

teaspoon chili powder



Preparation:

For each butter sauce, combine ingredients in small bowl.
