|8||ounces refrigerated reduced-fat cheese-filled tortellini or cheese-filled cappelletti|
|1‑1/2||cups broccoli florets|
|1||cup carrots slices|
|2/3||cup reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing|
|1/2||cup grape tomatoes, halved|
|2||tablespoons sliced green onion|
|3||tablespoons toasted soy nuts or sunflower seeds|
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain well.
- Combine pasta, broccoli, carrots, salad dressing, tomatoes and green onion in large bowl. Gently toss. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until well chilled. Sprinkle with seeds; serve immediately.
