INGREDIENTS

1 cup white corn syrup
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 whole large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup pecan pieces
9” unbaked pie shell

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine corn syrup, brown sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla. Mix well.
  2. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Gently stir in 1 cup of pecan pieces
  4. Pour into a 9” unbaked pie shell
  5. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes
