INGREDIENTS
| 1 | tablespoon paprika |
| 2 | teaspoons salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground red pepper |
| 1 | small beef brisket, trimmed (about 1-1/4 pounds) |
| Texas BBQ Sauce (recipe) | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine paprika, salt, black and red pepper in small bowl; mix well. Rub spice mixture onto brisket. Cover; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- Prepare Texas BBQ Sauce; set aside. Prepare grill for direct cooking.
- Place brisket on grid. Grill, covered, over medium heat 2-1/2 hours or until brisket offers a slight resistance when pierced; check occasionally and baste with sauce as needed. Boil any remaining sauce and serve on the side for dipping.
