Thai Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 pounds) |
| 1/4 | cup soy sauce |
| 2 | teaspoons minced garlic |
| 1/2 | teaspoon red pepper flakes |
| 2 | tablespoons honey |
| 1 | tablespoon fresh lime juice |
PREPARATION:
- Prepare grill for direct cooking. Place chicken in shallow baking dish. Combine soy sauce, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken, turning to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine honey and lime juice in small bowl; blend well. Set aside.
- Place chicken on grid over medium coals; brush with marinade. Discard remaining marinade. Grill, covered, 5 minutes. Brush both sides of chicken with honey mixture. Grill 5 minutes more or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with steamed white rice, Oriental vegetables and fresh fruit salad.
