Vary the fruits and colors in the ice ring for the holiday–let your imagination be your guide.
INGREDIENTS
| Thanksgiving Ice Ring (recipe) | |
| 1 | can (12 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed |
| 2 | quarts cranberry juice cocktail |
| 1 | quart apple cider |
| 1/2 | cup instant orange-flavored breakfast drink |
| 1/4 | teaspoon red food coloring (optional) |
| 1 | bottle (1 liter) lemon-lime soda |
PREPARATION:
- The day before serving, prepare Thanksgiving Ice Ring; freeze until firm.
- When ready to serve, combine all remaining ingredients except soda in large punch bowl; stir to blend well. Pour in soda.
- Unmold ice ring; float in punch.
Variation
For adult parties, stir in 1 cup vodka and 1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur with the apple cider, if desired.
