INGREDIENTS

1 medium seedless orange, cut into wedges
1/2 to 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen cranberries
3 cups apple cider

PREPARATION:

  1. Arrange fruits on bottom of 3-1/2-cup ring mold; fill with cider. Freeze until solid, about 8 hours or overnight. To unmold, dip bottom of mold briefly in hot water.
