Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

8 hard-cooked eggs
8 small tomatoes
Mayonnaise

Preparation

  1. Cut thin slice from wide end of eggs so it stands up upright.
  2. Cut thin slice from tapered end of egg to form a flat surface.
  3. Slice stem end off tomato, leaving at least 2/3 of tomato.
  4. Insert a toothpick in egg and attach tomato, cut side down to form toadstool.
  5. Just before serving, pipe mayonnaise dots on tomatoes. Repeat for all eggs and tomatoes.
