INGREDIENTS
| Zesty Tomato Sauce (recipe) | |
| 1/2 | (9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini |
| 1 | large red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces |
| 2 | medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 1 | medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces |
| 12 | medium fresh mushrooms |
| 12 | cherry tomatoes |
PREPARATION:
- Prepare Zesty Tomato Sauce; keep warm.
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
- Alternate 1 tortellini and 2 to 3 vegetable pieces on long frilled toothpicks or wooden skewers. Serve as dippers with tomato sauce.
