|Zesty Tomato Sauce|
|1/2||(9-ounce) package refrigerated cheese tortellini|
|1||large red or green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces|
|2||medium carrots, cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|1||medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces|
|12||medium fresh mushrooms|
- Prepare Zesty Tomato Sauce; keep warm.
- Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.
- Alternate 1 tortellini and 2 to 3 vegetable pieces on long frilled toothpicks or wooden skewers. Serve as dippers with tomato sauce.
