Nonfat yogurt, low-fat granola and fresh fruit team beautifully for a delectable low-fat parfait.
INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cups vanilla sugar-free fat-free yogurt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1 | cup sliced strawberries |
| 1/2 | cup blueberries |
| 1/2 | cup raspberries |
| 1 | cup low-fat granola without raisins |
| Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Combine yogurt and cinnamon in small bowl. Combine strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in medium bowl.
- For each parfait, layer 1/4 cup fruit mixture, 2 tablespoons granola and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in parfait glass. Repeat layers. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
