INGREDIENTS

1‑1/2 cups fat-free mandarin orange or vanilla yogurt
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained and chopped
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1 medium banana, sliced
2 tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine yogurt and orange segments in medium bowl.
  2. Spoon half of yogurt mixture into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with pineapple. Spoon remaining half of yogurt mixture over pineapple. Top with banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
