INGREDIENTS
| 1‑1/2 | cups fat-free mandarin orange or vanilla yogurt |
| 1 | can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments in light syrup, drained and chopped |
| 1 | can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks in juice, drained |
| 1 | medium banana, sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons shredded coconut, toasted |
PREPARATION:
- Combine yogurt and orange segments in medium bowl.
- Spoon half of yogurt mixture into 4 parfait or wine glasses. Top with pineapple. Spoon remaining half of yogurt mixture over pineapple. Top with banana slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Serve immediately.
