Tuna Melts
Tuna Melts

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | can (12 ounces) chunk white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked |
| 1‑1/2 | cups packaged coleslaw mix |
| 3 | tablespoons sliced green onions |
| 3 | tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard |
| 1 | teaspoon dried dill weed |
| 4 | English muffins, split and lightly toasted |
| 1/3 | cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat broiler. Combine tuna, coleslaw mix and green onions in medium bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed in small bowl. Stir mayonnaise mixture into tuna mixture. Spread tuna mixture onto muffin halves. Place on broiler pan.
- Broil 4 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more or until cheese melts.
