Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2
cans (6 ounces each) albacore tuna packed in water, drained

2
large stalks celery, diagonally sliced

1/2
cup green grapes, halved

1/2
cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

1/3
cup reduced-fat mayonnaise

Salt and black pepper

2
red bell peppers, seeded and halved



Preparation:
1.
Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, celery and grapes in medium bowl; blend well. Season with salt and black pepper.

2.
Divide tuna mixture evenly between hollowed bell peppers.
