Tuna Salad Stuffed Sweet Red Pepper

Makes 4 servings
|2||cans (6 ounces each) albacore tuna packed in water, drained|
|2||large stalks celery, diagonally sliced|
|1/2||cup green grapes, halved|
|1/2||cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese|
|1/3||cup reduced-fat mayonnaise|
|Salt and black pepper|
|2||red bell peppers, seeded and halved|
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, celery and grapes in medium bowl; blend well. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Divide tuna mixture evenly between hollowed bell peppers.
