Tuna Salad Stuffed Sweet Red Pepper

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | cans (6 ounces each) albacore tuna packed in water, drained |
| 2 | large stalks celery, diagonally sliced |
| 1/2 | cup green grapes, halved |
| 1/2 | cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese |
| 1/3 | cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
| Salt and black pepper | |
| 2 | red bell peppers, seeded and halved |
PREPARATION:
- Combine tuna, mayonnaise, cheese, celery and grapes in medium bowl; blend well. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Divide tuna mixture evenly between hollowed bell peppers.
