INGREDIENTS
| 2 | (3-ounce) cans water-packed light tuna, drained |
| 1/2 | cup finely chopped apple |
| 1/4 | cup shredded carrot |
| 1/3 | cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing |
| 2 | English muffins, split and lightly toasted |
| 8 | triangular-shaped baked whole wheat crackers or triangular-shaped tortilla chips |
PREPARATION:
- Combine tuna, apple and carrot in medium bowl. Add salad dressing; stir to combine.
- Spread 1/4 of tuna mixture over top of each muffin half. Stand 2 crackers and press firmly into tuna mixture on each muffin half to form 'sails.'
