|2||(3-ounce) cans water-packed light tuna, drained|
|1/2||cup finely chopped apple|
|1/4||cup shredded carrot|
|1/3||cup reduced-fat ranch salad dressing|
|2||English muffins, split and lightly toasted|
|8||triangular-shaped baked whole wheat crackers or triangular-shaped tortilla chips|
- Combine tuna, apple and carrot in medium bowl. Add salad dressing; stir to combine.
- Spread 1/4 of tuna mixture over top of each muffin half. Stand 2 crackers and press firmly into tuna mixture on each muffin half to form 'sails.'
