Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Panini with Cranberry Mayo

INGREDIENTS
| 1/3 | cup mayonnaise |
| 1/4 | cup dried sweetened cranberries |
| 2 | tablespoons Dijon mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons milk |
| 1/4 | to 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
| 1 | loaf (10 inches) Italian bread |
| 6 | ounces smoked deli sliced turkey |
| 2 | ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced |
| 1 | tablespoon butter or margarine |
PREPARATION:
- Place mayonnaise, cranberries, mustard, milk and cumin in food processor or blender; process until almost smooth, scraping sides frequently. Place bread on cutting board; cut in half horizontally. Spread mayonnaise mixture evenly over cut sides of bread. Layer turkey and cheese on bottom of bread; close sandwich with top of bread.
- Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sandwich; press down lightly with spatula or weigh down with small plate. Cook sandwich 4 to 5 minutes per side or until cheese melts and sandwich is golden brown.
