Where's the beef?

Dale Vince, owner of the Forest Green Rovers has banned the sale of red meat at his stadium, according to Edie.net and reported on Mother Nature Network. While you can still bring it with you, vendors are no longer allowed to sell hamburgers, sausages, and cottage pies.
Vince is himself a vegan and introduced the ban to players and team staff a while back.
"Following that it seemed quite right that if red meat was not good enough to feed our players, then it wasn't good enough for our staff, fans and visitors too."
According to Digital Journal, the club will sell free-range poultry and sustainable fish as well as many veg-friendly items.
If you can bring the bad stuff, well that means you can bring the good stuff as well. If your favorite sports stadium serves nothing but ball parks and pepperoni pizza consider bringing your own snacks as the season unfolds like maybe a peanut butter and local honey sandwich, this Gingered Nut Brittle, or maybe these Homemade Cheese Wafers.
