Golden Holiday Fruitcake
Share the joy of Christmas by preparing a delicious meal for your friends and family. Have a Merry Christmas!
Yield: Makes 1 dozen cookies
Create your own Valentine's Day message for that special valentine.
Ingredients:
Butter Cookie Dough (recipe)
1
container (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
1
container (16 ounces) pink cherry-flavored frosting
Assorted candies
Pastry bags and assorted decorating tips
Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets.

On lightly floured surface, roll out cookie dough to 1/8-inch thickness. Cut out 4-1/2X3-inch rectangles. Place on prepared cookie sheets.
3.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
4.
Spread cookies with desired frostings; spoon remaining frostings into pastry bags fitted with decorating tips. Decorate cookies with frostings and candies as desired to resemble Valentine's Day cards.
