Common complaint: "The juicer and the vegetables cost too much!"
Simple answer: A brake job on your car is two to three hundred dollars. That will get you a really good juicer. I've picked up cheap ones for as little as $10. Garage sales are a good resource. The cost of the produce is no more than you'd spend on other foods that aren't even good for you. I've seen people at the supermarket check out an armload of meat and not blink an eye at the $50 it cost them. You couldn't even fit 50 bucks worth of carrots in a grocery cart. Garden, and the price plummets further.
Common complaint: "Juicing takes too much time!"
Simple answer: No it doesn't. It takes no more time than fixing a regular meal, and probably less. How much time do you spend in doctors' waiting rooms? In line at the check-out? Watching TV? C'mon, everybody has a little time for your health.
