Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup frosting
Ingredients:
2
cups powdered sugar

2
to 3 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk, divided

1
teaspoon vanilla

Preparation:
1.
Mix powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla in medium bowl with fork. Add additional 1 tablespoon milk, if necessary, until desired spreading consistency is reached.

Cook's Tips: Keep the cookie dough from sticking to the cookie cutter by dipping the cutter in flour before each use. To get the most cookies out of the dough, cut cookies as close together as possible. Press dough scraps together, being careful not to overhandle them. Then, re-roll dough on floured surface and continue to cut more cookies.
