Very Berry Raspberry Yogurt Parfaits

Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:

cups plain fat-free yogurt

tablespoons sugar-free berry preserves

1
packet sugar substitute*

1/2
teaspoon vanilla

cups sliced strawberries

1
cup blueberries

4
tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted



 
Preparation:
1.
Combine yogurt, preserves, sugar substitute and vanilla in medium bowl.

Layer 1/2 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in each of 4 parfait glasses or serving bowls. Top each parfait with remaining 1/4 cup strawberries and 1 tablespoon almonds. Sprinkle each parfait with 1 tablespoon almonds. Serve immediately.


Notes These parfaits would also be delicious topped with low-fat granola. Or, try another flavor of preserves for a simple variation.
