Warm Corn Salsa
YIELD Makes 3 cups

INGREDIENTS
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 2 | tablespoons chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper |
| 1 | package (9 ounces) frozen corn, thawed |
| 1 | cup chunky salsa |
| 2 | teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro |
PREPARATION:
- Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add corn, salsa and cilantro. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook 5 minutes or until hot.
