Pebre is a Chilean herb salsa that is used as a condiment and it's quite piqant. I made this recipe last week for our weekend away with friends and I liked it so much, I'm making it again for a dinner party we are having this week. It's a very easy marinade to make and it's full of flavour. I had some of the sauce left over and we used it the next day on salad greens and it worked very well.

If you are planning a July 4th barbeque, or just a get together with friends on the weekend, this is a great recipe to try. All of the work is done beforehand and then you grill the meat just before you are ready to eat. Allow the steak to come to room temperature before you put it on the grill.
