|salt, sugar, paprkia, chili powder, cumin, coriander, dry mustard, cayenne (combined)|
- Soak legs in brine. Rinse.
- Apply dry rub.
- Cook over direct heat at 250 degrees. Cook 45 minutes or until internal temp of 163.
- Occasionally spritz with apple juice. Lightly brush with spicy BBQ sauce.
- Lightly brush with spicy BBQ sauce. Cook 10 minutes at 163 degrees.
