White Bean Chili

INGREDIENTS
| Nonstick cooking spray | |
| 1 | pound ground chicken |
| 3 | cups coarsely chopped celery |
| 1 | can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped |
| 1 | can (15-1/2 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained |
| 1‑1/2 | cups coarsely chopped onions |
| 1 | cup chicken broth |
| 3 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 4 | teaspoons chili powder |
| 1‑1/2 | teaspoons ground cumin |
| 3/4 | teaspoon ground allspice |
| 3/4 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/2 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; brown chicken over medium-high heat, stirring to break up chicken.
- Combine chicken, celery, tomatoes with juice, beans, onions, broth, garlic, chili powder, cumin, allspice, cinnamon and pepper in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 5-1/2 to 6 hours.
