White Bean Chili
Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1
pound ground chicken
3
cups coarsely chopped celery
1
can (16 ounces) whole tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped
1
can (15-1/2 ounces) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1-1/2
cups coarsely chopped onions
1
cup chicken broth
3
cloves garlic, minced
4
teaspoons chili powder
1-1/2
teaspoons ground cumin
3/4
teaspoon ground allspice
3/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; brown chicken over medium-high heat, stirring to break up chicken.

Combine chicken, celery, tomatoes with juice, beans, onions, broth, garlic, chili powder, cumin, allspice, cinnamon and pepper in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 5-1/2 to 6 hours.
